The challenge

Next needed an ecommerce site to sell products from third party suppliers that are not part of their core proposition. We took on the brief to develop and launch such a site for made to measure and made to order products, a previously untapped market.

The solution

We worked closely with Next and their supplier to create an on brand, easy to use ecommerce site where customers can place orders with the minimum of fuss. The site connects to Next's pre-existing online payment system to provide a seamless process for customers wishing to pay with their Next Directory account. The site was an immediate success and has grown substantially since launch. We are continuing our work with Next and their supplier to enhance and improve the site experience for visitors.

The results

The site has generated excellent revenues for both Next and their supplier and continues to do very good business on a consistent basis. We have also initiated CRM and email marketing projects employing intelligent customer targeting, to generate even greater revenue.
